Returns and refunds
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Products should remain unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened or unsealed may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
