UK delivery information
In-stock orders are prepared promptly, with same-day dispatch targeted on business days. Orders received after the daily processing window, at weekends or on public holidays are normally prepared on the next business day.
Free standard delivery
Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery to eligible UK addresses. Any delivery charge for a lower-value order is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Dispatch and tracking
Dispatch means the parcel has left our fulfilment location; it is not a promise of same-day arrival. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when the selected service includes tracking.
Estimated arrival
Carrier transit times can vary by destination, seasonal demand and events outside our control. The delivery option and current estimate shown at checkout, where available, apply to your order.

Please check the recipient name, postcode and full delivery address before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting.
